Position Overview
Your objective is to help accomplish the sales and operational goals for COMPANY by focusing on service client retention and overall satisfaction in addition to developing new service revenue via small project/repair quotations and new maintenance agreement sales. You will be responsible for both the management of a portion of COMPANY’s existing client base as well as for the development of new clients and revenue.
Essential Duties
- Understand collective company-wide goals as well as departmental and individual goals.
- Maintain existing customer base while acting as the account manager and point person for any and all matters specific to your accounts. This includes projects, service contracts, customer follow up, customer complaints, account collections and service contract renewals.
- Continually pursue new avenues of profitable revenue generation by leveraging existing business relationships, developing new relationships, and providing fair and responsible budgets, bids, and estimates to obtain new sales.
- Maintain targeted revenue level of preventative maintenance agreements which support the service goals of COMPANY.
- Collaborate with all departments to identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously work to build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare appropriate and pertinent information to properly transition all sales to service operations team.
- Notify service manager of all customer related issues.

Requirements

- Have minimum 3-5 years of mechanical service and/or facility services industry experience.
- Retain up-to-date knowledge base through personal and professional development.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, Word docs, etc….
- High level of communications skills required, both written and oral.
- Previous account management/sales experience preferred.
