We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to sell and develop HVAC Preventive Maintenance Service opportunities and HVAC Equipment Replacement/Installation opportunities for new customers in the Central Ohio market.
Requirements:
The Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. They should also possess strong planning, organization, and negotiation skills. Candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and cold calling potential new customers and must be empowered and capable of managing multiple objectives.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility will be to successfully sell HVAC preventive maintenance service contracts and replacement/installation projects to commercial accounts (K-12 Schools, Colleges/Universities, Hospitals, Office Buildings, Industrial/Manufacturing Facilities, Distribution Centers, Retail, Data Centers, Restaurants, Healthcare Facilities, Government Facilities, Hotels, etc).
• Responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Identify, target, and qualify new customers
• Actively listen and probe to identify customer concerns, needs, and objectives
• Capable of generating sales proposals
