HVAC Service Sales Representative/Account Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for an HVAC sales representative to be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals and proactively managing their account base.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Generating leads.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for HVAC repair, replacement, and new installation opportunities.

- Writing and presenting proposals
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Closing deals. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating with prospective clients.
Sales Representative Requirements:
- Sales experience.
- HVAC experience is a plus, but not mandatory. A similar technical field would suffice.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
