You will be responsible for growing our customer base by seeking out commercial clients to sign up to long term service agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new commercial accounts in need of reliable plumbing and HVAC service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Put together contract and repair estimates and proposals
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
