Job Title: HVAC End User Sales Representative
Position Summary:
Full-time position that will assist with rapid and accurate responses involving pre-sale and post-sale support for HVAC Services, BAS, Security and Fire.
Duties:
- Aggressively seek out new business opportunities by consistently conducting cold call activities, networking opportunities, and first appointments at the decision maker level
- Partner with businesses to help coauthor solutions to help them with their HVAC, BAS, Security, and Fire systems
- Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with the purpose of gaining the client’s trust, meeting their objectives, and delivering value added solutions
- Perform site surveys and pricing for equipment and systems
- Generate and deliver impactful proposals with professional executive level presentations that lead to signed contracts
- Leadership of your customer engagements along with the desire, ability, and skills to manage the entire sales cycle is critical
- Participate in sales and industry training, and converting that training to sales results
- Coordinate and cooperate with other members of the operations and sales team in the branch location to ensure the customer’s needs are achieved
- Track all sales activities in Salesforce.com
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs
- Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication, sense of ownership is required
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills with ability to get along with both external customers and a multi-functional team of sales, engineering, manufacturing & marketing associates
- Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to balance multiple priorities
- Unwavering customer service orientation
- Pro?ciency with Microsoft Of?ce (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Negotiation and social problem-solving skills
