Job Title: HVAC Sales Manager

Job Summary:

As an experienced HVAC Sales Manager, you will be promoting the sale of solution-based HVAC projects to Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional customers. The successful individual will be responsible for working with new and existing clients to identify, promote and quote projects that reduce energy consumption, improve operational reliability, and extend or replace the assets of customers HVAC equipment. S/he is also responsible for the development of tactical business plans that identify and capitalize on local business opportunities in the market.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems and should have a demonstrated track record identifying viable markets, and closing deals for commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a passion for relationship building and gaining new business opportunities.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:
 

  • Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development.
  • Provide clients with tailored HVAC solutions that meet their needs and budgets.
  • Team Development:
  • Recruit, train, and onboard sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team productivity.

    Minimum Qualifications:
     

    • 4+ years of related employment experience
    • College degree or advanced education preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of the HVAC industry
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Capacity to leverage communication/interpersonal skills to develop and enhance business relationships
