Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, preparing accurate estimates for HVAC projects, and providing technical expertise to clients. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and architects to promote HVAC solutions.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and project requirements.
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects, including equipment, labor, and materials.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process and project execution.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and project progress in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and standards.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits.
