Description: The Install Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, within the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the install sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with contacts during and after job completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Attend company meetings, present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Estimate mechanical projects.
- Review all proposals/quotes with Director of Install Operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
- Attend Customer Appreciation Events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and piping systems for design, estimating and sales.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years within the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in estimating, project management, project engineer.
