Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Dispatching technicians to jobs based on location and skill level 
  • Customer service: Answering customer calls and providing information about services and products 
  • Tracking: Monitoring the progress of service calls and providing updates to customers 
  • Coordination: Coordinating with technicians to ensure they have the necessary equipment and materials 
  • Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of service calls 
  • Emergency response: Assisting in coordinating emergency response services for urgent HVAC issues 
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
