This job is with a locally owned and operated company that has been around since 2014 and is actively seeking to fill a position for an Account Manager. They are a full-service HVAC and plumbing company specializing in healthcare, office, data centers, and research facilities. This position requires basic knowledge of the HVAC & Plumbing industry.
- Business Development with new customers
- Site visits for estimating
- Estimate and propose preventive maintenance agreements, building automation, HVAC & Plumbing repairs
- Equipment replacement and retrofits
- Take offs for project estimates
- Review and submit equipment submittals for projects
- Attend project coordination meetings
- Manage & maintain sales activities i.e., sold projects, quantity of quoted jobs, etc.
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Maintain strong customer relations
- Coordinate with COMPANY service department for project manpower
- Assist with project specific safety requirements as needed
- Assist with COMPANY accounting A/R & A/P for work procured if needed
An Service Sales HVAC account manager must be able to have the knowledge to estimate service repairs, maintenance, equipment replacement
