Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, overseeing HVAC service contracts, and driving business development efforts. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in HVAC systems and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, able to communicate effectively with clients, and possess a solid understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all HVAC-related needs.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, promote HVAC services, and close contracts with both residential and commercial clients.
- Project Coordination: Manage the execution of HVAC service contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- Technical Support: Provide expert guidance to customers regarding HVAC system options, troubleshooting, and maintenance solutions.
- Estimate and Proposals: Prepare and present detailed HVAC system proposals and cost estimates to clients.
- Contract Renewal and Up-selling: Oversee service contract renewals and proactively recommend additional services and products to enhance system performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technicians, service managers, and administration, to ensure seamless delivery of HVAC services.
- Market Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, service schedules, and project details.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
