We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Account Manager to build lasting partnerships with new and existing commercial clients. You will play a critical role in identifying customer needs, proposing HVAC solutions, and ensuring superior service delivery with support from our expert technicians and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients.
- Build strong relationships and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and facility assessments to evaluate HVAC needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience in the HVAC or mechanical services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC/R systems and service-based selling.
- Proven track record of sales growth and client retention.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with service management software and CRM platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working with clients in healthcare, manufacturing, or mission-critical environments.
- Technical certifications (e.g., HVAC License, NATE certification) a plus.
