HVAC Sales
The HVAC Sales Representative will be responsible for outside sales growth within the HVAC division which includes retrofits, owner direct work, design build and service. This candidate will need to be able to work independently and have the ability to manage multiple client relationships while prioritizing time and resources accordingly.
- Identification of new sales leads and prospects
- Development of a strong sales backlog
- Assist in sales calls to prospective clients as required
- Sales and estimates of HVAC retrofit/design build projects, change orders, and services
- Coordinate with other divisions within the organization and the scheduling of work
- Build proposals, present solutions and consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
