Hiring Specialist Everyday Tasks:
- Use of Collar technology and various social platforms
- Outbound messaging (phone/email/social/SMS)
- Engaging and validating candidates and clients
- Presenting opportunities, scheduling interviews, offering guidance and support to candidates and clients
- Executing weekly email marketing campaigns
- Actively participating in events, trainings, and company functions
- Ongoing learning and development with leadership through lunch n’ learns, 1 on 1 coaching sessions, etc.
What It Takes to Be Successful at Collar Talent:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing)
- College Graduate – 2 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Positive Attitude with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
- Flexible and willing to adapt to a dynamic and growing business
Duration and Hours:
The Hiring Specialist will report directly to the Solon office location from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm on a Monday – Friday basis.
