Hiring Specialist Everyday Tasks:

  • Use of Collar technology and various social platforms
  • Outbound messaging (phone/email/social/SMS)
  • Engaging and validating candidates and clients
  • Presenting opportunities, scheduling interviews, offering guidance and support to candidates and clients
  • Executing weekly email marketing campaigns
  • Actively participating in events, trainings, and company functions
  • Ongoing learning and development with leadership through lunch n’ learns, 1 on 1 coaching sessions, etc.

 

What It Takes to Be Successful at Collar Talent:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing)
  • College Graduate – 2 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive Attitude with the ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to a dynamic and growing business

 

Duration and Hours:

The Hiring Specialist will report directly to the Solon office location from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm on a Monday – Friday basis.
