BAS Technician
The duties of the position include hardware checkout, startup/commissioning, and servicing of building automation systems. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge and experience in testing, and commissioning of building automation systems, as well as hands-on software/GUI experience, and a strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC.
Qualifications/Skills:
- BBT or BHD Degree
- High School Diploma
- Understanding of HVAC, control systems, and installation practices
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information about products
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing schedules and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
- Fluent ability to work with laptops, tablets, and smartphones
- Outstanding customer interface and human relations skills
- Valid Driver’s License
