BAS Service Technician – Denver Colorado

We are an award-winning, rapidly growing system integrator of building control systems in the Rocky Mountain Region and we are looking for a Service Technician. As a member of our service technician team, you will be responsible for developing, assisting, and maintaining the design of temperature control systems and related products for award-winning HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities; project planning and scheduling; project start-up; checkout, turnover, training, and lessons learned; developing, generating, and maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Spot Service to diagnose and repair customer HVAC controls.
  • Perform TSA agreements per our standards and procedures.
  • Available for periodic 24/7 emergency on-call service calls
  • Participate in customer development and relationship building.
  • Assist with device requisitions.
  • Assist with manpower scheduling.
  • Identify opportunities to sell new Technical Support Agreements
  • Identify and promotes upgrades to current systems.

Desired Qualifications include:

  • Associates degree, or equivalent from two-year college or technical training; and/or: 
  • 5+ years’ experience in HVAC experience and/or training
  • Strong understanding of building automation systems
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral)
  • Ability to provide service in a fast paced, self-governing, detailed oriented and versatile position
  • Desired candidate characteristics: Motivated, collaborative, trustworthy, free-thinker, loyal, detailed oriented and supportive

Preferred Credentials: 

  • Building Automation experience
  • Systems Integrator experience
  • HVAC service experience
  • HVAC maintenance experience
  • Extensive product training will be provided and required
