We are an award-winning, rapidly growing system integrator of building control systems in the Rocky Mountain Region and we are looking for a Service Technician. As a member of our service technician team, you will be responsible for developing, assisting, and maintaining the design of temperature control systems and related products for award-winning HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities; project planning and scheduling; project start-up; checkout, turnover, training, and lessons learned; developing, generating, and maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities include:
- Spot Service to diagnose and repair customer HVAC controls.
- Perform TSA agreements per our standards and procedures.
- Available for periodic 24/7 emergency on-call service calls
- Participate in customer development and relationship building.
- Assist with device requisitions.
- Assist with manpower scheduling.
- Identify opportunities to sell new Technical Support Agreements
- Identify and promotes upgrades to current systems.
Desired Qualifications include:
- Associates degree, or equivalent from two-year college or technical training; and/or:
- 5+ years’ experience in HVAC experience and/or training
- Strong understanding of building automation systems
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral)
- Ability to provide service in a fast paced, self-governing, detailed oriented and versatile position
- Desired candidate characteristics: Motivated, collaborative, trustworthy, free-thinker, loyal, detailed oriented and supportive
Preferred Credentials:
- Building Automation experience
- Systems Integrator experience
- HVAC service experience
- HVAC maintenance experience
- Extensive product training will be provided and required
