Project Manager
Performs project management tasks and support functions related to the construction area of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement BMS projects in the Manufacturing, Science and Technology, Education, Healthcare, Government, and other commercial markets
- Direct and lead the work of technical and installation teams assigned to projects
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Be primary client interface
?Qualifications:
- B.S. in Engineering or Project Management
- Previous experience in Project Management for new/renovation construction
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Previous construction experience
