JOB SUMMARY: | Perform start-up functions on selected systems based on project plans, specifications, and other contract documents. Provide analysis of building control system performance at an individual building level. Ensure documentation is accurate and complete. Provide project-engineering support as required. |

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: | This position requires consistent physical work at a project jobsite, spending most of your time on your feet. Project jobsites present typical construction and outdoor conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment for safety purposes. Lifting and exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently is required. Must be comfortable climbing a ladder regularly. Small repetitive motions and use of small tools is included. |
