BAS Outside Sales – Dallas Texas

The Building Automation Sales Representative will be responsible for outside sales growth within the BAS division which includes retrofits, owner direct work, and service. This candidate will need to be able to work independently and have the ability to manage multiple client relationships while prioritizing time and resources accordingly.  
 

  • Identification of new sales leads and prospects
  • Development of a strong sales backlog
  • Assist in sales calls to prospective clients as required
  • Sales and estimates of BAS retrofit projects, change orders, and services
  • Coordinate with other divisions within the organization and the scheduling of work
  • Build proposals, present solutions and consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
