Job Title: BAS/HVAC Service Dispatcher
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Schedule Service Calls: Efficiently assign service calls to technicians and ensure all appointments are scheduled in a timely manner.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication regarding service appointments, technician arrival times, and updates.
- Create and Manage Work Orders: Generate and maintain accurate service call work orders, ensuring all details are correct for technicians to perform their duties efficiently.
- Track Service Call Progress: Track the progress of service calls to ensure timely completion and resolve any issues that may arise to keep operations on track.
- Professional Interaction: Communicate with customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner, ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial HVAC/BAS dispatching.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent service and managing customer expectations.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with dispatching software.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to contributing to team success.
