Job Title: BAS/HVAC Service Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Schedule Service Calls: Efficiently assign service calls to technicians and ensure all appointments are scheduled in a timely manner.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication regarding service appointments, technician arrival times, and updates.
  • Create and Manage Work Orders: Generate and maintain accurate service call work orders, ensuring all details are correct for technicians to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Track Service Call Progress: Track the progress of service calls to ensure timely completion and resolve any issues that may arise to keep operations on track.
  • Professional Interaction: Communicate with customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner, ensuring an excellent customer service experience.

Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial HVAC/BAS dispatching.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent service and managing customer expectations.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with dispatching software.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to contributing to team success.
