Building Automation Sales
The Building Automation Sales Representative will be responsible for outside sales growth within DDC/EMS and BAS Controls sales. This candidate will need to be able to work independently and have the ability to manage multiple client relationships while prioritizing tie and resources accordingly.
- Identification of new sales leads and prospects
- Development of a strong sales backlog
- Assist in sales calls to prospective clients as required
- Sales and estimates of BAS construction/retrofit projects, change orders, and services
- Coordinate with other divisions within the organization and the scheduling of work
- Build proposals, present solutions and consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Flat commission rate on the realize gross profit of each project sold
