Job Title: HVAC Account Manager
Job Description: The HVAC Account Manager will be responsible for outside sales growth within the HVAC division which includes owner direct work and design-build. This candidate will need to be able to work independently and have the ability to manage multiple client relationships while prioritizing time and resources accordingly.
- Identification of new sales leads and prospects
- Development of a strong sales backlog
- Assist in sales calls to prospective clients as required
- Sales and estimates of HVAC owner direct and design-build projects
- Coordinate with other divisions within the organization and the scheduling of work
- Build proposals, present solutions and consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
