BAS Project Manager – Charleston South Carolina

Job Title: Building Automation Project Manager

The Building Automation Project Manager should be able to work independently and handle all project responsibilities from doing the buyout, processing submittals, processing RFI, billings, managing labor, and doing closeouts. The project manager will need to be able to handle multiple projects at one time as well as manage a certain monetary value related to projects.
 

  • Provide input to sales and operations regarding the technical and business considerations for construction or direct owner projects
  • Review all engineered submittals ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and customer expectations and location standards
  • Develop and manage overall job activities, including schedule manpower, equipment, and material
  • Coordinate timely ordering and delivery of materials per budget
  • Track materials to ensure schedules are maintained
  • Manage job site employees to ensure efficient operations
  • Thorough knowledge of BAS system design and installation
