We are looking for a Senior Building Automation Technician that is willing to train and share industry knowledge with other technicians. The Senior Building Automation Technician will work on retrofit and new construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation and functionality of advanced building control systems with accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently
- Customize control system programs to fit the specific needs of each project
- Optimize systems to achieve high energy efficiency and peak performance
- Maintain thorough records and educate clients on system operations and maintenance
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls or building management systems
- Technical degree or certification in HVAC technology or a related field (preferred)
- Skilled in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC control systems
- Familiarity with Schneider and other major BMS technologies
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Section 608 Certification (beneficial)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
