The Senior HVAC Project Manager should be able to work independently and handle all project responsibilities from doing the buyout, processing submittals, processing RFI, billings, managing labor, and doing closeouts. The Senior Project Manager will need to be able to handle multiple projects at one time as well as manage a certain monetary value related to projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide input regarding the technical and business considerations for construction or direct owner projects
- Create cost estimates consisting of materials, puchased equipment and labor to assist in bidding or determining the project price for construction or direct owner projects
- Develop and manage overall job activities, including schedule manpower, equipment, and material
- Manage job site employees to ensure efficient operations
- Review all engineered submittals ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and customer expectations and location standards
- Coordinate timely ordering and delivery of materials per budget
A project manager with 20+ years of HVAC industry experience is preferred. Experience with estimating is a MUST.
Pay Range:
The target base salary is between $175,000 – $225,000. A performance based bonus or commission may be available as well.
