Reports To: Director of Preconstruction, Preconstruction Manager
This position will also work closely with outside sales representatives.
Responsibilities: This role is an in office position with responsibilities including:
- Review mechanical drawing
- Perform ductwork and piping takeoff
- Count quantity of major equipment
- Input quotes into mechanical estimate sheets,
- Work with outside salesman to finalize estimates with margin
This role will work into writing proposals.
