We are working on growing our controls group and the need for a dedicated sales person is the next hire. At a minimum we want a seasoned professional that has a proven track record of controls sales preferably in the Nashville or middle Tennessee market. We are representing several brands including Honeywell, but all of our products are open protocol systems. We would be looking to expand into new construction as well as retrofit projects. We would really like a rockstar with a decade of success, but are willing to look at someone that is newer in the market and would be considered an up and comer. Either way, any candidate must have proven control sales experience.
- Identification of new sales leads and prospects
- Development of a strong sales backlog
- Assist in sales calls to prospective clients as required
- Sales and estimates of BAS construction/retrofit projects, change orders, and services
- Coordinate with other divisions within the organization and the scheduling of work
- Build proposals, present solutions and consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
