Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Dispatching technicians to jobs based on location and skill level
- Customer service: Answering customer calls and providing information about services and products
- Tracking: Monitoring the progress of service calls and providing updates to customers
- Coordination: Coordinating with technicians to ensure they have the necessary equipment and materials
- Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of service calls
- Emergency response: Assisting in coordinating emergency response services for urgent HVAC issues
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
