BAS Project Manager/Business Development Manager – Boston Massachusetts

Responsibilities:
  • Identification of new sales leads and prospects
  • Development of a strong sales backlog
  • Assist in sales calls to prospective clients as required
  • Sales and estimates of BAS construction/retrofit projects, change orders, and services
  • Coordinate with other divisions within the organization and the scheduling of work
  • Build proposals, present solutions and consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Provide input to sales and operations regarding the technical and business considerations for construction or direct owner projects
  • Review all engineered submittals ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and customer expectations and location standards
  • Develop and manage overall job activities, including schedule manpower, equipment, and material
  • Coordinate timely ordering and delivery of materials per budget
  • Track materials to ensure schedules are maintained
  • Manage job site employees to ensure efficient operations
  • Thorough knowledge of BAS system design and installation
Experience: We are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in the Building Automation industry
