General Description:

We have an opening for a Maintenance Sales Representative at our Colorado Springs branch. This position requires an engaging and outgoing personality. Candidates must have a minimum of two years outside sales experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in the HVAC and facility services industries or property management. The Maintenance Sales Representative will be responsible for redeeming annual booking plan in assigned markets and territory at company approved pricing standards.  Develop assigned key accounts.

 Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Associates degree
  • Background in HVAC, facility services industries, or property management
  • Experience with business to business sales preferred
  • Knowledge of the business environment in the Colorado Springs region
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction
  • Professional image

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Valid driver’s license with driving record in good standing

Physical Requirements:

  • Climb ladders to access equipment
  • Carry, place and work off of step ladders and up to a 32’ extension ladder
  • Work in inclement weather
  • Carry a 30+ lbs. tool bag, when necessary, to bid jobs
  • Work in confined space area(s)
  • Work around chemicals
  • Ability to work in excess of eight (8) days when needed
  • Drive a company vehicle when required
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

 Other Requirements:

  • Assist with special assignments
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology and best practices
  • Attend business networking events
  • Ability to cross sell with other departments

Compensation & Benefits:

Average Starting Salary Range: $55K – $65K + Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of sales). Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
