HVAC Account Manager – Philadelphia Pennsylvania

The HVAC Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts and selling new projects. This candidate will need to be able to work independently and have the ability to manage multiple client relationships while prioritizing time and resources accordingly. 
 
Projects include but not limited to hospitals as well as K-12/higher education.

  • Development of a strong sales backlog
  • Assist in sales calls to prospective clients as required
  • Sales and estimates of HVAC retrofit projects, change orders, and services
  • Sell all mechanical equipment including air handling units, boilers, pumps, compressors and chillers
  • Coordinate with other divisions within the organization and the scheduling of work
  • Build proposals, present solutions and consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
