CHIEF ENGINEER
- Perform site visits as required with sales.
- Review and discuss design concepts with sales and vendors.
- Develop concept drawings for budget purposes.
- Assist in sales presentation if required.
- Develop economical solutions. As needed compare upfront costs, operating costs and maintenance costs in order to offer options to customer.
- Select all equipment and air distribution.
- Review and develop sequence of operation with sales and controls. This will include written narrative documentation.
- Keep current with all local codes ie NFPA. OBBC ASHRAE.
- Discuss field changes with sales and project management.
- Provide as built drawings if required.
