Qualifications:
•Skilled in programming, job start-up and service, and troubleshooting
•Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
•Excellent verbal and written communication and customer relation skills
•Must have strong computer knowledge as the building controls are all PC-based
•Dependable — more reliable than spontaneous
•Achievement-oriented — enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
•3-5 years of BMS Programming Experience
Niagara Certified, Schneider EcoStruxure Experience
Responsibilities:
•The Building Automated Controls Service Specialist will be responsible for programming, graphic development and remote startup assistance of various projects
